Online Profile

You must create an online profile to book with us. This provides us with basic information on you and your pet(s). It is your responsibility to keep this profile up-to-date. Click below to get started!

Online scheduling is available through our client portal below. It makes reserving a session for your pet(s) quick and easy. We will happily book you via text, phone, or email, but you will still need to create an online profile.

Payments should be made in full at the time of booking.

All clients must keep an up-to-date credit card on file. 

We understand things don't always go as planned, and no one wants to pay for a service they did not receive. However, to provide you and other clients the best possible experience, we methodically schedule sessions, thus turning away other clients to be able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time and care to each pet in our care. A cancellation leaves an empty spot we typically can't fill on short notice. We have implemented the following policies to ensure that our clients, their pet(s) and our coaches are happy and to keep our office running efficiently.
We require a minimum notice of 24 hours from the service time for any cancellation or rescheduling request, or the client will be charged for the total rate of the session. This allows us enough time to fill the empty spot with another client or adjust our schedule accordingly.

 No Shows 

If our coach arrives for scheduled service and is turned away or the pet is not home, the client will be charged for the total rate of the session. 

Why do we have a cancellation policy in place?
To protect our clients and our business. We must be mutually committed to the transaction. Clients can refuse to pay fees. However, we will be unable to rebook them until fees are paid in full. We respect our clients, their pet(s), their home, and their time and we want clients that respect us just as much.
